This immersive workshop offers participants the opportunity to learn traditional weaving techniques from master craftspeople who have been practicing and preserving this art form for decades. The workshop is suitable for beginners and those with some experience in fiber arts.

Workshop content includes:

• Introduction to the history and cultural significance of weaving in Ososo
• Demonstration of traditional looms and weaving tools
• Explanation of natural dyes and fiber preparation
• Hands-on instruction in basic weaving techniques
• Creation of a small woven item to take home

All materials are provided, and participants will leave with their own handcrafted item as well as a deeper understanding of this important cultural tradition. The workshop is limited to 20 participants to ensure personalized instruction.
