Frequently Asked Questions
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the venue, but we recommend buying in advance to avoid lines and ensure availability, especially for premium and VIP tickets which often sell out.
Are children's tickets available?
Yes, children under 12 years can purchase discounted tickets. Children under 5 years enter free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Family packages are also available.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded up to 14 days before the event. After that, no refunds are available, but tickets can be transferred to another person up to 48 hours before the event.
Do I need separate tickets for each day?
Standard, Premium, and VIP passes provide access for the entire carnival duration. We also offer single-day tickets and weekend packages for those who can't attend the full event.
How do I use my e-ticket?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with your e-tickets containing QR codes. Simply show these on your mobile device at the entrance for scanning, or print them if you prefer.
Are there group discounts available?
Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 10 or more. Please contact our ticket office directly at tickets@ososocarnival.org for group booking information and custom packages.
